Best Driving Instructor Ever!
Very knowledgeable on road rules and regulations with direct and helpful advice. Friendly and talkative to help ease a new driver if they are nervous while still providing great feedback. Additionally, the Kia is very forgiving and easy to learn or practice in. I personally have passed my driving test first try with Igor as an instructor.
